Exchange Process:
To complete an exchange, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Do not send your purchase back without contacting Allfather’s Candy Company, Inc. at allfatherscandyco@gmail.com for further information. -
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive an exchange for the value of the item. After receiving the returned item, contact Allfather’s Candy Company, Inc. to receive an exchange.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, an exchange will only be offered to the original purchaser. -

To return a product, mail it to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If an exchange is granted, the cost of exchange shipping will be covered by Allfather’s Candy Company, Inc.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For items valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as the company does not guarantee receipt of returned items.
